How Our Website Design Demo Process Works
At the core of our sales process is a strategic and efficient approach that respects the customer’s time while maximizing value. It all begins with our appointment setters, also known as openers. Their job is to connect with potential clients through targeted outreach, often via cold calling. Their goal is to identify businesses that could benefit from a stronger online presence and gauge interest in our complimentary website design demo.

Once a potential client expresses interest, we move to the next step—learning more about their business. We send a short and simple online questionnaire designed to capture key details such as the nature of their business, core services, design preferences, and an upload field for their company logo. This essential input allows our design team to craft a homepage that reflects the client's brand and business goals.

Behind the scenes, we’ve implemented several smart strategies to boost attendance for the scheduled website demo. In addition to the form, we send follow-up SMS reminders to keep the meeting top of mind. We also provide a 90-second explainer video that highlights the importance and benefits of showing up for the online meeting. This video helps build anticipation and demonstrates the value they’ll gain from the demo session.

The demo itself is concise and powerful—typically taking only 10 to 15 minutes. During this live online session, the potential client is presented with a fully custom-designed homepage tailored specifically to their brand. We walk them through the design elements, explain the reasoning behind key choices, and demonstrate how their new website could help attract and convert customers.

If the client is ready to move forward, we close the deal right there—quickly and seamlessly. However, we understand that not every business is ready to commit on the spot. In those cases, we respectfully ask for a better time to follow up and continue the conversation. Our team remains professional, persistent, and focused on building long-term relationships, not just one-time transactions.
